09 fireblade K+N filter skimmed block slotted cam wheels.advanced timing balanced rods bazzaz unit akky system 182.45@the rear--it's a good un' cant remember torque, think around 82 ish
the only real difference will be the block skim, bit off top+bottom,so gives better compression, but still able to use standard gaskets so will never struggle to find HRC gaskets, plus they are cheaper. and the slotted cams,so you can advance the timing+dial in properly. cost wise, full engine strip, rebuild with new g/box,shells,gaskets,rings etc+engine work about 1k,needed a new g/box,so had to have it stripped anyway+refeshed. i'm lucky i have a m8 that does all the work for me,and knows what he's doing, builds a lot of engines for club boys and does a lot of work for FWD.plus knows how to rebuild them properly, not too tight so everything runs as it should. it wont be making that power now though, this was at the start of the year after the rebuild, but will be getting refreshed at the end of the yr again.
Superstocker, Fresh engine with PC3/Leo Vince factory system and pair valves blocked off Built by the same man that built michael dunlops lap record stocker
Oh and folks dont worry too much about dyno read outs. They only mean so much- ESP on the blades. For example, I was working at the ulster GP there and we did a dyno run on the top 4 superstock bikes and that was Bruce Anstey, Gary Johnson, Michael Dunlop & Dean Harrison - 2 blades and 2 kawasaki's. Both blades made about 160bhp and both kawasaki's were about 180bhp. The altitude makes them run a bit less. Good to know michael dunlop won... blade with 160bhp came out on top ;-)
The tuners usually bloack the PAIR for you free of charge and it doesn't take very long. Mine was done when on the dyno recently
Yeah mine came blocked but having done it before on my kawasaki's it is fairly easy Hardest part is getting everything stripped off
As Promised - Three hours on Crescent Suzuki's dyno and she's all mapped up. Half of the three hours the technician spent taking off and putting back the right hand fairing (I'm guessing that's the only access to get to the coil packs ?????). They did managed to break one fairing bracket - The small plastic bracket that bolts to the frame and the other end bolts to the corner of the side fairing, just by your knee. They are getting a new one sent to me and I'd rather fit it myself to be honest. Apart from that little hiccup, a good day). Bike is as follows: 2011 Fireblade - 4,500miles from new. Modified Stock Exhaust - Cat Removed, EGBV Valve & Chamber Separator Removed + Exhaust End Flap Removed- (Basically just a stock muffler with all internals removed). O2 Eliminator Fitted K&N Sports Filter PCV Fitted Running on a Super Unleaded 98/99ron. And the scores on the door are Max Power 162.54 bhp Max Torque 80.02 ft-lbs GRAPH : Blue line as it arrived, Red Line after it was mapped Second Print out just shows BHP & Torque after mapping Overall, quite pleased with the figures, remembering I did this modification to the stock exhaust just to make the bike sound as loud as it looked. It's certainly a bit smoother down in the low rpm, but my bum meter isn't accurate enough to feel any difference at the top end. But a 5bhp increase and an increase of 4lbs torque over almost all of the rev range, I'm happy with. The main thing for me is that the fuelling is right and I'm not taking any risks on that score.
so thats why my blade isnt as quick when I head out round the ulster after work lol I fitted some block off plates, very easy job to do.even made a video guide showing you how to do it.
Mine is a low 150bhp now - will post in a bit. And that's after a custom map was put on - could have been lower than expected due to poor condition of chain / sprockets - have new ones to fit when time allows

Any mods done, or is that on a stock bike. Don't worry too much about the power figure, there's a huge difference in dyno power figures.
I'd love to know what mine is pushing, I have a 2008 (RR8) with an Ackrapovic, PC, K&N runs on 98-99.
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_Nbm-9Mh618 Here's my old 2011 Rrb repsol . High flow filter and Leo Vince gp pro exhaust..remapped with a pc5.171.9 at the rear wheel. The torque on that thing was incredible. Just got the 2013 repsol . I've got An akro which ill fit after the first service and post some info when she has been mapped
thought you wasn't interested in anything from me?,and no,it hasn't gone up,your obviously getting confused in that head of yours. and what has just made me chuckle even more, the fact on another forum you bleet on about standard clip ons being fine, yet still tell a seller of some raised clip ons you'll have them. and yea, think you had better get your coat
