I got stopped for my plate yesterday, its normal size just doesn't have manufacturer on it at the bottom, because in al honesty I trimmed the plate down but its literally 10mm less than standard round the edge. Normal letter sizes etc. Anyway I can't be too bitter because I got a producer instead of a fine but a car went past with no insurance and tax and the copper said the plate was more important!! Bullshit, he should of kicked me out and gone after the chav!

Yorkshire Tyke there is probably less paper work involved with number plates. Or maybe he was one of those jealous types that don't own a motorbike.
