Once the 106 is in place they are good to go! Funding obviously sorted so can't see why they won't start enabling works as per article. Great news.... And 3.5 miles is a bloody big track!! Awesome news...
That'll be another ACE Track (sort of) on me doorstep alongside Anglesey, Oulton Park & Donnington! You lot all wanna move to Cheshire!
Would be closer to me in Bristol. Only 50 mins or so to ebba vale. Pembrey hour and a half. Donny 2 1/2 hours. Castle Combe 20 mins But you don't want to move here
Work to start mid 2014, at the moment all the main "A" roads are getting widened and improved. In the local meetings with the developers they stated that, we will see MotGP, British and World Superbikes, all car racing except Formula 1, Also there is going to be a Motorcross circuit, karting and Mini moto racing facilities, Not sure about the team but apparently one of the frame builders in Moto 2 are already signed up to have some of the workshop space to make, develop and test chassis there. Sounds very promising at the moment. Just hope it doesn't fall on it's arse like Rockingham. Oh did I not mention I'll be able to smell the burgers from my house as i live so close..........
Will you also be hear the noise from your house of motocross? Hope its miles from any housing as noise travels miles and can annoy folk as mallory and croft have found to their costs.
I'll prob be about 1/2 mile from the track perimeter, according to the plans the motor x track is the other end of the circuit. So should only hear back ground noise
