Here are my 08+ 1000RR gold rearsets. Fully adjustable and never used. I have a abs 13 plate model and realised they didn't fit till after I brought them. They will fit 08+ models non ABS £90 posted. Any more photos or inquires please ask. Thank you Jamie

I got them from this site. SATO RACING | Rear Sets - Honda CBR1000RR ('08- ) really look good I would keep them but shame there not right. And £60 is to low sorry.
Sato is a good make. What exactly is the difference with the ABS models ? I've got an ABS but I don't know why the rearsets are different.
Have a look at this link mate SATO RACING | Honda CBR1000RR (ABS model) ('09- ) Rear Sets Looks like there's definitely a difference to the left rearset. Brake pedal linkage look different to me.
I think some designs of rearsets are unsuitable on the brake side for abs bikes. The hose from the master cylinder is short & connects to a union which doesn't move; this can limit adjustment as the master cylinder has to move with the rearset. I went for R&G which seem fine for abs.
Look carefully, lots of small differences to the Sato pics. 4 holes on the Satos for the brake side footpeg, clutch side heelplate is diff and has 2 spare holes on the Satos. etc stc etc. Satos my arse!

Don't know of they are sato or not. And way your on a mission about it? But for someone to put so much detail as to why they are not in post 11 then say they could be the same as the link attached is quite funny really. They look nothing like the ones in the link?? The heel plates are totally different? Or am I missing something here?
As I said......................... Ching Chong Chang! Don't mean they're no good though! Cheaper to buy new than off the OP whose trying to peddle em as sumat much better.
