Hi guys new to the forum altho a rr6 fireblade owner for a few years. Passed my test about 34 years ago on a vespa px200 and yes I was a mod. After many lambrettas and vespas I bought a few motor bikes such as gs750, rd400, gt250, klx175, superdream400, gpz750, fzr1000, zx6r and more recently an 08 plate zx600r. I didntget on with the later zx and came off rather embarrisingly on a slow speed corner and making a bit of a mess cosmetically. Clutch was heavy and tyres took ages to get heat in them. I needed something with a bit more torque and hence exchanged for a blade. Great bike and very easy to ride fast or slow. I was promted in looking at the forum after giving my fully standard rr6 in silver a good festive spit and polish and then dropped it after taking it off the track stand. Hence one broken brake lever and cracked fairing. Otherwise what is a spotless bike. Just spoilt my christmas! Anyone with a spare lever for sale let me know
Welcome along Soulboy, had a brief dalliance with a px myself many years ago. I got better. Check out the traders section of the forum for deals on levers, some good discounts to be had, but quite often people selling all sorts of bits and bobs in the parts/accessories section as well. Pics of the bike needed as well!!!!

Welcome to the forum Soulboy. You'd get on with my missus really well. Where about's around Matlock Bath are you as I'm originally from a small village outside Chesterfield. Dad still lives in Alton so over that way a fair bit. Used to ride to the Bath every single Sunday for 5 years back in the day early 80's.
