Found that Sidi do a complete sole for my Vortice boots but all the places down my part of the country won't replace the sole so look around before you buy the soles.

Had mine done last yr... Got the soles from a sidi dealer for £19, cobbler fitted them for £25.

if you don't get sidi soles ( sidi have replacement parts for all of the boot) then a cobbler will just use generic soles.... Not the best option.

Yep, had mine done too- £16 by the local cobbler.

When he told me how much to do them I really couldn't be arsed trying to do it myself. Boots have done another 5k since done before our euro trip last year.

All the places where I live won't do my boots (Sidi Vortice) and I don't want them wrecked so I'll go with the SRS insert for the time being.
Anyone down in Sussex had theirs done?

Surprised at that. Your not a millon miles away from me, so if you want to try and meet someone on our travels I'll happily grab your boots off you and take them to the cobblers local to me.
