Apparently it’s the journey not the destination that’s important, but I don’t believe that for one minute. I look forward my invitation to the big reveal, anytime should be good I don’t have much in the 2024 diary yet.
I can get the frame and swing arm sand blasted and powder coated for £175 or two pack black for £80 Which ?
Get it powder coated at the local place that does all the lamp posts and railings, they will chuck it in with other jobs they are doing for about 50-70 quid
This is clearly the wrong forum for such info but I have no other friends Recommendations on engine paint, type, make, gloss, mat or satin etc etc Thanks for any advice in advance

I remember wheelying one of these up our street when my brother said it won't lift, it came up real nice for me even though people knocked the shaft drive I liked it bloody heavy bike mind.
The frame is back from the powder coaters and Ive managed to get the engine back in without any damage,
Its been a while since I posted my progress so here we are, she's on her feet. I have had to used the rear shocks and the front wheel has yet to be cleaned and painted but I wanted to get her up on her wheels. I need to spend some cash now, Paint job, shocks, battery, front mudguard, indicators, the list goes on. I would anticipate the total spend including the bike to be around £1600 and the finished value to be a grand, I clearly didn't do economics at uni
