can anyone help bit of a problem fitted an sp quickshifter today bike ran for about 200 yards then died took qshifter of put everything back on still wont start engine is turning over any ideas guys much appreciated

 

Kill switch ???

 

Not sure if its the same on the Blade but when doing this on the R1 a few would get a kink in their fuel lines, so check for kinks...

 

Check your side stand Kill switch hasn't been dislodged being as that's where you've been working!

 

Does the sp shifter connect to the coils, if it does maybe there is an issue there somewhere

 

knink in the fuel line, coils aren't back on properly, where did you ground the quickshifter to? killswitch, sidestand switch... could be plenty of theings, but start with the simple things first, like where you worked on to install the QS

 

q shifter connects to coils it started ok this morning but there was a yellow engine management light coming on then it cut out disconnected qs still wont start

 

Have you had any luck getting to the bottom of this rab??

book it in at a Garage that allways works for me
