Have just ordered a 2014 fireblade in white and cant wait till march, could do with a little more for my rsv4r so, in white 2010/60 plate 4996 miles, FSH, tracker, venture shield, both keys and all manuals, fantastic condition. rear tyre half worn, had serviced every year regardless of miles, double bubble, tail tidy, have all original parts, need £8000 ,no exhaust or engine mods. ipad wont let me post pic, if anyone needs one i can send.
What made you go for a Blade after one of those? I'm considering doing the exact opposite to you albeit an APRC model though?
Had to many problems with bike, very expensive to run, was only getting 22 to the gallon, Will miss the sound though, getting parts a nightmare.
My pal bought a brandnew aprc in July 2012. With in 1500 miles rad had gone, clutch then went tits up and he started with electrical problems. He sold it last year and after playing on my s1000rr he got one of them.. He may of just had a bad one but reputation stinks .. Keep the Hrc jay
Hmmmm, not looking good this! Not selling for at least another 12 months anyway but it's never too early to start research!
Never to early to look.. It's an addiction i think.. His aprc was beautiful to ride, felt really nimble, torquey as hell and the brembos and quick shifter were awesome. It was similar to the Big Bang r1 With the engine. You were always going faster than you thought.. With you being a track man you'll love it .. Great for wheelies with no tc on
Ont tother hand may keep the current Blade for years as it's only used for fast Touring so one could argue why change? I'll not be gaining owt for the road! Might save me cash for an ex BSB 2014 ZX10R Track Bike next October when they'll be flooding Motoforum!
