So i'm trying to sell a full set of 2012 fairings here and despite a couple of sniffs they aint gone yet. So, before i look to break it all up here's an alternative suggestion for someone with an 08/11.

I have the following, they are all BRAND NEW and unused:

full set 2012 black fairings and infills
    A 2012 headlight
A set of induction / airtubes
A set of 2012 wheels and discs with Bridgestone S20 tyres (never turned a mile)

Its going to sound a lot but hear me out - £1750 for the lot.

So you're thinking, why spend £1750 on your perfectly good 08/11. Well heres the gig - sell all your 08/11 gear, and i reckon you'll get a realistic - sell quickly price of £1200 (fairing set £450 / headlight £100 / Wheels with tyres and discs £650). You get to give your bike the new 12/13 look, a set of 2012 rims, some brand new S20 tyres and discs for an upgrade cost of £500. So, dont think of £1750, think of £500.

Get in touch if you're interested.

Hi, I was just looking at a parts fiche and can only see one wheel part no for front and rear rims. Can Anyone shed any light on whether or not the physical wheels are different between abs and non abs? Cheers

I enquired about an ABS sensor disc to fit a 2008 Non ABS wheel on Ebay and got this reply "if the wheel is from an abs model bike yes it should fit. the rear discs are the same on both abs and non abs bikes, it is the wheel that is different."

I rang a honda parts dept and i was told the wheels are different between abs and non-abs. They werent helpful enough to look up part numbers etc but I'll take a look over the next day or two to see what I have.

I've looked at several of the online sites with parts fiches now and still not found reference on the 2012 to a different abs wheel.

Ok thanks, I was told the rear sensor ring bolts into separate holes that aren't on a non ABS wheel. Will have a check tomorrow. Cheers, Ian.

I just checked the wheel and I reckon using that image WW kindly posted that there is no way that abs disc for the rear ( the one on the right) can possibly mount to the rear brake disc, there must be mounting bolt holes on the wheel for it. On my new wheels there are no redundant bolt holes so I must assume I have non - abs wheels. Happy to be corrected but I'm 95% sure that's right now, and concurs with what the dealer told me and Ian has been told too. Learn something new every day eh?

Yes you are right, I've had my back wheel out today and the ABS sensor disc does mount straight to the wheel. Suprising they do 2 different versions of the wheel.

I've got a non-ABS bike, so does that mean they will fit?

I was asked for the link to the 2012 fairings I was selling a long while back and found this sales post I also listed. Still got all the stuff in storage so if anyone is interested let me know. You'll see I've had this stuff for nearly 2 years now......it's all still as new and never seen daylight.
