hi everyone, been on the forum for a few weeks, and people have helped me out a lot, just wanna say thanks.

also, I have just pulled my bike off the road to turn it into a race bike, im doing it bit by bit, I have currently got hm quickshifter and power commander, I am just wondering what people think about the bazzaz traction control, and is it
worth getting it, I have heard people talk about it but never had the opinion of someone who is using it, if someone has got it on there bike, could you tell me if its worth purchasing

    thanks guys

not worth it if you have a PC and HM quickshifter, as it comes as a whole unit I think not only TC.

I had the bazzaz TC on my gsxr600 and thought it was crap, eventually switched it off and then sold it...

my TC is my right wrist

the TC part of the Bazzaz is not very good but I found the QS to be great IMO.

i'd say the q/s is the weakest part of the bazzaz set up.my switch failed,as have quite a few peoples that i know,my mates has gone 3 times now and is moving over to a HM.

as for the TC (it's all very well and good saying your TC is your right hand skippy, tell that to pedrosa and Edwards....),it does work but in a relativley basic form compared to the BMW or Kwak,as they rely on wheel speed, lean angles etc not just revs and gear position.but like i said it does work to a point, wont save you highsiding if you give it full throttle on full lean, but not many do anyway.it's another safety net, giving you a bit more confidence, which ultimatley shoulkd help you go faster.

make sure you get the adjuster switch that mounts on the clip on,lets you fine tune it to suit your riding.

+ 1 what scooby says. TC has to be set up and it takes a lot of time.

Forget the Bazzaz unit if you're serious about TC as has been said it's fairly basic.

A Nemesis fully electronic TC is the one to go for, down side is it's about £1500, but check out the specs and reviews.
