Sad, I really enjoyed watching Bottom when younger. I saw them live at the Portsmouth Guildhall once; I remember when a member of the audience stood up at the front to take photos of Rik and Adrian Edmonson. Adrian started posing in comedy poses for the photos, Rik went right up to the edge of the stage, flicked the guy a V and told him to F off. This prompted much hilarity from the audience! Shame that he has passed away at a relatively young age.
Loved the archaic comedy that he alone and he a Ade delivered. Young ones, dangerous bros, comic strip, bottom, filthy rich and cat flap, blackadder the list goes on!! RIP Rik you crazy nutcase you, thanks for the giggles you made your mark on the world!
