Do you have a pinlock fitted? EDIT - Sorry didn't read properly. Would guess the pinlock is not fitted correctly. remove it, clean seals and refit.
Did you clean the visor before fitting the pollock as maybe damp causing it Did you put it in the right way?
Is the pin lock in the right way round? Needs to be with the silicon seal towards the visor, so that the 2 layers do NOT touch anywhere.
Update , been out tonight and pinlock is fine , it's the bloody internal sin visor steaming up any tips to stop this guys , Cheers
Had a similar problem with mine, main visor no problems, sun visor was 'cloudy' and steamed up easy. I took the sun visor out and cleaned it with soapy water, dried, refitted. All has been good since. Luke
You can get a spray that stops fogging. Type "anti fog spray" into eBay and loads will come up. Andy B
