Anybody fitted a GPRDamper on a blade 08 onwards

    Where do I get a socket that will fit inside the GPR mounting plate ?? I can't find one anywhere !!

    Any help much appreciated !

    i take it you mean your socket is to thick to fit in? ,not you don't have the right side?

    Yes i have the right socket i removed the nut but the socket wont fit inside the damper mounting plate so i can't tighten it., i need to get a 'thin' socket from somewhere.

    yea i h've had that issue before,ideally you want a long shaft socket (similar to a plug socket) as they tend to be a bit thinner,halfords would have them i'd of thought.

    All sorted took it to a guy who does some occasional stuff for us and he put it on his lathe there and then...sorted !!

    Just grind the socket wall thinner. I had to do this to make a spark plug socket fit
