Isnt just the end of the can damaged ? You can get parts from Akrapovic importer for about £60 Get an engine cover from the states mate. About $100 plus shipping i think...

Ooft ! Bummer mate. Have to say my Yoshi engine sliders saved a fair bit of damage when the missus came off mine, albeit at low speed. Guy up genre going to repair the paintwork to the fairing, lever end, bar end, and sort the mirror all for £85. Supposed to be really good too. He is busy though so won't be getting done until late August, however the damage doesn't hinder the ride, and is in fact quite unnoticeable unless you were looking for it. Even the Yoshi slider isn't scraped too much. Hope you get it sorted soon anyway.

To think I rode round with a nose cone held together with duct tape for 6 months after a minor incident in the Pyrenees a few years ago before fixing it up - you wait about 24 hours to get the orders in!
