Yep. Used it for years on my Android and Garmin Zumo and love it. Because I reported some new cameras a few years ago I have a free lifetime subscription, however they have changed that now to you get 1 year free if you are the first to report a new camera. Not as good but it does encourage people to report new cameras, and there is normally an update every week. Even without the free subscription I would use it and happily pay the annual fee. It's worth it when you ride/drive past the "obscured" scamera van with a dirty big smile on your face
Never knew it existed till your post the other day barstewardsquad , my dilemma is 1) buy an iphone mount for the bike and rely on looking at it to inform me 2) buy new earphones with speakers in and keep iphone in pocket and rely on speech to notify me. Reckon option 2 maybe best ?
I use headphones and also have the app set on nag mode so it keeps telling me if I am over the limit.
I take it that you need a really good 3G signal ont phone so the gps will work well. Dunno how well that'll work int villages and countryside ?
you don't need a 3G signal for GPS to work on iPhone, not sure about other phones though. It's the same with ipad, as long as you buy a 3G one your GPS will work even if you don't have 3G. I used GPS without even having a sim in my ipad. Apparently the apple 3G chip piggybacks the GPS chip so if you have one you have the other. Andy B
I only have it nag me in camera zones lol. Really useful in some of the SPEC zones I commute through, and yes they are rear facing
