Well I managed to get out tonight after work for and hour to scrub in the tyres. Took it very easy for the first 20 minutes, gradually building up speed and lean. What I can tell you is that I am now a convert to these tyres, even only after 50 miles these tyres are amazing. They leave my Sportsmarts feeling wooden in comparison. If they last even near as long as the Sportsmarts then they will be on a pedestal.
I honestly couldn't believe how quickly the bedded in. I could feel the grip from almost straight away, but held off anyways.
I'm not much of a speed merchant but these tyres are perfect for me. Much better than the Bridgestone GP tyres that I couldn't wait to wear out. I've had Metzlers before and think they are great, I should never have left the fold. Sorry Metzler I won't do it again.
I've just had some fitted to my bike this morning. After the initial nervous ride with new tyres, first impressions are excellent, just like the old Sportecs I had on the Triumph. Very pleased so far
sounds good, I will be after some tyres soon, been with Pirelli for some time but these do sound to good not try? so might give these ago as my next tyre, was thinking of the PR4, but hate the look and these sound even better
