Only need one of each but will buy pair if you have them and don't want to split them. Don't think it matters but they are for a 2007.
If your bolt is ok then you could search ebay for a single as there are only 2 types, one with a flat inside edge, and the one we use which reduces to a smaller section with a metal cup over the edge. You can then re use your old inner sleeve if the replacement comes with the wrong bolt size.
