Has it been sat a while? May have dragged some shite through and blocked the injectors etc
    Or may just need plugs

    Is it turning over?
Has the tank been up i.e. is the fuel line been trapped?
Has the tilt sensor been moved off position i.e. for a fairing swap?

Check the side stand, handlebar kill, and cock pit tilt switch. These kill the sparks a tester and WD40 may give you a result for starters.
