    For some reason my other thread has been closed??

    Update on my front brake.

    Nobody can tell me what has happened, they have apologised profusely and assured me that the bike is fine now, they have given me £500 to spend in store (not that I asked) and if I find that I have lost confidence in the bike then they will help me out.

    Glad you got £500 worth of goodies at least that is something.

    Personally, I think they must know what happened, but of course, they would not admit it for obvious reasons.

    Mistakes can happen even at the best places, I even made a mistake once ;)

    I expect you feel more than a bit worried by it and maybe even lost a little confidence in the bike but I would take solace in the fact that only complete and total dic**eads would let you have the bike back unless they were 100 % sure it does not have a fault.

    Glad you came out of it without more serious consequences.
