    Sorry all.

I in no way did I try to mislead anyone. I thought I'd bought a gear shift support holder for a 2009 blade. When I looked at fitting it, I had one already in place (all be it of a different type). I only noticed it was not the correct part after posting the ebay link and Scobby spotted my error.

Wasn't at it just being a twat!!!!! Oh at least my post number has hit 20 and I can use the for sale wanted section. Silver lining LOL.

still no help, but the fact it's for the cb1000r not cbr1000rr might help.......

aswell as putting in a sneaky Ad,might be an idea to ad (see what I did there) what bike it's for to,well you know, give people a fighting chance of what it is they are looking at.

Oh bugger! I've made a double f&@k up! Wrong part or wrong bike & there is one fitted already. How do you remove a thread lol.

it gives the gear selector shaft a bit more stability as they can flex a bit causing poor gear changes

thanks lads, i think i will be investing in one of these as i have noticed as i have got more confidence with my RR7 that
the gears are not as crisp as i thought they should be.
was beginning to think that i might have bought a bike with a gearbox on its way out
