The last 3 digits on DJ's PCV Euro maps is supposed to start with a 5, although "BladeRR8" on here found that they had labelled one of them wrongly I think.

Equivalent to adding 7 miles extra per 100 you do ... Not too bad I guess.

Wouldn't say it is a major problem but it's bloody annoying in traffic. Rest of time it's ok... Mine is being mapped ASAP. Just waiting for PCV.

All modern Bikes have this problem to a certain degree.

OEM's have to fuel/map their Bikes to comply with strict world wide emissions and noise regs, both on the exhaust and induction roar.

Dyno operators fitting PCV's or Re-flashing ECU's either directly or indirectly have to adhere to none of that shyte so hence can always improve massively on the OEM setup.

The OEM's aint daft, their Engineers could easily ship bikes with spot on Fueling if their hands were not tied.

Fit a racefit or any aftermarket echaust and the problem will go away. I had the same problem. I nearly had a crash on a tight bend because of it. You panic so you shut off and then you start this kangaroo phase. Now with a racefit so much better.

Not true I'm afraid. The problem is fuelling related, and whilst a new exhaust may change the fuelling characteristics, it does not fix any problems by default.

I've just sorted a Power Commander V and eliminator to sort it ... Hoping for silky smooth fueling.

Exhaust will be bought next year so will need it anyway.

This is true the map I am using is the euro map M16-002-501.pvm, the map you are looking at is I believe the US one, they run uber lean over there hence the richer PC map.
