    Can anyone here make a couple aluminium bracket for me? or recommendations

    A bit of a long shot but looking for 2 small bracket made from 5mm Aluminium with threaded M6 holes.

    You have holes there saying 6mm threaded 5mm.
    WTF is that? Lol

    Is the core size 5mm and the thread actually M6?

    Aluminium thickness is 5mm thick but 2 holes drilled and threaded to accept an m6 bolt

    Lol meant to say the Alu is 5mm thick but a hole threaded.

    You do realise that the edge of your holes will be only 2mm from the ends of your bracket..........not a lot of metal left there mate

    Yes its only holding a small nylon guide in place so doesn't need to be substantial but thanks for the heads up mate

    Yes both are the same. I did post one up 40mm wide but only really needs to be 30mm wide but doesn't make much difference TBH.

    As said 2mm from the edge is close, If you have more space to play with, as you said it could be 40mm, why not make it a little longer to give the holes a decent wall.

    Yes 2mm from the edge isn't enough for the bolt heads. What is it doing and where does it fit?
