Buying advice on 2010 Fireblade

    Yeah, I heard it takes about three days if you don't sleep and work fast. Is it true I have to mine the iron ore myself and present it to the Queen of the Bumble Bee people? Seems like a faff to undo some bolts.

    Follow the instructions on the forum for taking pegs off, shouldn't take you more than a couple of hours. Take it slow, take pictures as you remove bits and you shouldn't have a problem.

    Can't be as tough as replacing the battery on the Monster. That requires tank removal.

    I'll be heading to the Isle of Grain in Kent either Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning - depends on weather, to get some pictures. Apparently it's quite moody there. If anyone wants to come along for a ride and explore of the depressing abandoned places let me know.

    Grain is alright if you work over there.Other than that feck all else there.Lanes are treacherous so take it easy mate.
