Finally got my bike back and on Sunday whilst "my man" was cleaning it, guess what, the stickers have started peeling off again. He's super glued them this time as I don't want to be without my baby for another 6 weeks
Yet another Honda customer relations disaster, this company appear to have no idea how to treat their customer base, sheer fecking arrogance IMO. It really depends how far you wish to go with this, but the track record you have had from new, you are in a position of strength, your contract is with the dealer not Honda, so no matter what you may feel about Honda, I suggest if it was my bike I would be taking advice from either CAB or if you have it on an insurance policy, legal advice about backing the bike and demanding a full refund. Who did the resprays on the UT for Honda?
I've had compensation from Honda also from finance company who said if I have anymore probe they may be liable
such a shame, I had a chat with the guys about this bike (assuming they only had one) after they went to see it at Donny I believe.... it looked amazing in the pics and they said even better in flesh, I was tempted I really was.... gutted for you though as it should be such a cool bike to own. Hope you get it sorted either way.
Yes it's new. And yes it's absolutely awesome. I love it. I always wanted a black blade and according to the v5 it's black so best of both worlds. This is my forever bike
That's perfectly acceptable, but the utter lack of pics of the Urban Tiger is totally unacceptable... should be a ban-able offence!
