Carl, thanks for your post and I take on board your comments, I will confirm with you tomorrow when your lift will be dispatched, I just need to confirm your surname Cheers Chris
Hi, just to clarify, we buy the materials in i.e. the box section, laser cut partes etc. we then do all the welding and build the lifts in our workshop. The supplier issue was one of the companies we deal with went bust so we had to re-order from elsewhere hence the delay As for bullshit, sorry that is not the case Chris
So why is the customer having to chase you rather than you chasing them to inform of a delay? Not the service I would expect when paying out £300 for something where customer service is key and especially when the stigma of the items former track record looms around the forum and internet I work in an engineering sales company where our raw materials ( nanograin tungsten carbide) are a lot harder to source than steel box section and trolley wheels! However we can work out if we are going to be behind in delivering something where every item is bespoke and inform the customer weeks before the agreed delivery date to inform of any delays not month after they were expecting it.
My 1Jac arrived at the office this morning, that's my Sunday morning covered. Pictures will follow. Thanks for sorting the delivery out for me Chris.
Sounds like some are getting Jac'd off with this! ..................sorry, I'll get me coat............
Morning all, just to follow up on previous posts, I am delighted to say all orders taken from the NEC bike show have now been dispatched (with the odd exception of bespoke kits for rare bikes and the customer has been notified). Orders taken at the end of the show were given a delivery date of the end of January latest so I am pleased we have delivered early in a lot of cases. Thanks to those customers you have kindly sent us photos and testimonials which we have put on our website Testimonials Just a reminder that forum members get 10% discount so a lift (in black) delivered to your door in the UK will cost you £290.00 and if its a stock kit we are looking at 14 days delivery max. Here's this weeks photo from Rob in Worcester, have a good Friday everybody
As promised pic of my bike on its new 1 jac. It took me no more than 10 minutes to assemble, the instructions were fine and easy to understand. This is a very well designed and manufactured lift, I have to say it's very good. The bikes on it full time and it's ideal for moving around the garage and pushing up against the wall. So why are my pics upside down ??
Try cropping the original pic ever so slightly then re save it and repost it always works for me , dunno why tho
Gotta have one of these, I heard they were good but Gravity defying is a new one on me ..................think of the space you will gain on the garage floor tho
Not cheap but I love it, cue the moaners who can get one similare for £80 etc etc........................
I have had to email there two pics to my computer at work, turn them around email them back to my iPhone and post them on here, the problem seams to be the iPhone and iPad. Anyway, this lift was definitely well worth the wait, 20 minutes and it was assembled and the bike up. It's solid, well put together and very easy to get your bike on and off.
