In process of finishing replacing the shock on my bike everything was a bit difficult but doable but there's always a bloody catch i find when your working on bikes, removing the k-tech remote preload adjuster triangular holder. Have began taking off rear plastic and subframe etc but didnt think i was getting any nearer the two hard to get at allen bolts, so decided to stop and try and get at them with a cut down allen key- this is what i did squeezed bluetack onto bolt to find out the size then cut down one of my allen keys to get into the really narrow space.

Think may have cut the allen key too much but i did get a bit of purchase(alan partridge) and can cut another tomorrow but believe i will do it tomorrow come hell or high water im determined, im too tired tonight. I know the easy way? is to go through the battery compartment but cant figure out how to remove plastic cant even unclick the fuse box! But watch this space im going to get that thing off. Why not drill a hole in the side of the plastic battery tray? That way you can get at the screws whenever you want without the agro."

It's easier to just split the subframe just like taking off the passenger pegs 1 1/2 hours work you've probably spent more time than that now with measuring and cutting down Allen keys

Sorry about above rant, i love bikes again. Once found out the subframe could be split it was easy, unreal all the flapping about to get at one adjuster holder IMG_20150124_160120.jpg
