Check the sprocket teeth for sharks fin shape too. That can cause slack n tight spots.

Pull the chain from the rear of the sprocket more than a few millimetres means excessive wear

Those sprockets look OK, not much wear on them but looks like your drive gear could do with a good clean and lube. As said, check slack on rear sprocket and sidewards play.

Yeah need tlc Graeme ! Point taken! I ride all year round and it does need good clean up. The chain indicator does indicate replace chain but as it's aftermarket set I don't know if it was same length as standard. Sprockets aren't like shark fins so perhaps I should try to get a few more miles out of them. Thanks

Back sprocket looks fooked to me, but pull chain straight off at the back or 3 o'clock position. If more than 3mm clearance replace the lot with DID X ring Gold chain, Renthal front and hard anodised rear.

Went to the Classic Bike show at the Bath and West show ground on Sunday and treated myself to DID Gold x-ring chain and JT sprockets for £89.
