Do they make it easier to get knee down? And do they allow you to still use the rear brake light?

I have these - but mine aren't the R version.

To make the rear brake light work, you simply replace the banjo from original rearsets with a hydraulic brake light switch which cost £15 from Lightech. Easy. However fitting it will require you to bleed the rear brake.
