i would be willing to give u extra for paypal fees but only if you send me an invoice for the parts. will not do as paypal gift. let me know if this works for you.
Not sure why people still claim this as in the event of being tucked up on a non eBay sale paypal WILL NOT refund anyway. Happened to me, I sent £500 plus the appropriate fees to cover the sellers loss as a deposit for a vehicle and I got stuffed when the seller made many excuses why he could not turn up with the vehicle (said the police had it in their compound after an attempted theft and upon further digging it appeared that the seller was a feckin rogue who'd been done for dumping asbestos, animal cruelty, theft and was awaiting another high profile case against him!!!!) or refund my deposit (he said no sale, no return!) . The only reason I managed to get my money back was from the bank under the distance selling regulations as I'd not received anything and had an email trail to prove this. Paypal refused point blank as they said there was no contract as nothing was purchased through eBay!! Sorry to jump in on the thread and well done on the purchase Mr OCD.
Not for one minute doubting him, just thought I'd post about paypal for the members in general. There is no security or warm fuzzy feeling in using PayPal for non ebay sales. People have some sort of misconception that they are covered by paying those extortionate fees....they're not!
I have just sold a brand new Shoei Tommy Hill lid and a HJC tinted visor on here, both to happy purchasers.
Anyone got contact details for Foenix? Not heard anything from him since Monday which is rather concerning.
