Need a new clutch cover for my 2008 bike. Where is the best place to buy them from. Looking on ebay they are quite cheap from america but is there anywhere in the uk that is not stupidy overpriced ?
Nice to see the 'Fez' back on the forum, shame I can't offer much help. Only cover i bought was from a much older RRV and that was from David silver spares.
Unless yours is totally knackered I would just keep an eye in fleabay for some. I did that for my rr7 and now have both in pristine condition for less than £80.
Thanks guys. Its not ruined but it looks terrible. Will keep an eye on ebay but they seem to be very rare

Last year when zipster threw his blade down the road on an icy commute, IIRC crash bungs fitted so the fairings were protected but the crankcase got battered. I decided then that engine covers were priority over crash bungs, as fairings are much more obtainable and far less vital to the well being of the bike than a hole in the crankcase with the resultant loss of oil etc. I know you said ^^^ that it's a bit late now, but maybe others reading this thread may be able to use the info and have a think about which crash protection the go for when buying their first bits and pieces... IMO..
