    hi there this my first blade and is there a simple mod that you can do to improve the bike like with the vfr dropping the forks or anything similar

    Why do you want to "improve it" ? What model is it ?

    Disconnecting servo cable to make it noiser ( if standard exhaust )

    Here's a few ideas depending on the model just do a search:-
    Drill through the baffle in the exhaust.
    Intake flapper mod.
    Remove exhaust flapper valve cables.
    Change the gearing.

    IMO though the first thing would be to check that everything is top top to make sure it works at it's best i.e. suspension, brakes, fluids, chain/sprockets oiled/slack/wear etc.

    Best things I've done that have made a big difference are having the suspension setup properly and getting rid of the OEM tyres for some M7 RRs:)
