    I'm not, but I know a shit hot one. He's done our mortgage and about 6 of my friends (on of them has 6 mortgages with him). I was that impressed, he now manages all of our (meagre) savings & investments. He's based in Bridgend, but travels to you (I'm West of London).

    He doesn't charge, so it might be difficult. Knowing Steve, he'd convince us all to invest cash in a couple of buy-to-lets instead

    Hi Vino
    I would be very interested to talk to your guy. We are quite far down the road of planning to knock down our existing cottage and and building a new bigger house. So it would be interesting to have a chat with you man in the new year and see what self build funding is on offer.
