Just finished installing my ZFi but when connected and running on my paddock stand it just shows N and 1st. Is this speed related as running through the box (although not with big revs as I don't trust being on the stand when running in gear) doesn't index thru the box, although it was scanning the gear icon at every change but going back to show 1st.
Sorted!! Took the bike out for a run to see how it performed and within half a mile the management light was on and the HESD light. It appears I had no speedo either hence the bike doing everything under load etc but still showing 1st gear maybe 50-70 MPH. Took it back home and lifted the tank once more, unplugged the speed sensor and plugged the original one back in and the speedo and gear indicator was working fine. Looked inside the male Speed sensor for the Bazil only to find one pin bent in half. Obviously it wasn't lined up when it was plugged in and missed the hole!!!! OOPS. Straightened it out and plugged it all back in and jobs a good un. Back out and it's a different animal to standard (I also took my baffle back out ) Spun the back tyre up in the dry when accelerating!!! Midrange feels much harder! Overall I'm very pleased.
