I've searched the forum and found some very informative things about the TM exhaust but not much about the Sound of it. I love the look of it, think it's possibly the best looking exhaust out there for the Blade, I'm also willing to run the risk of the poor build quality as i'll be buying it Brand new from the UK supplier so if anything were to go wrong with it i should have some warranty to fall back on.

The only concern i have is the sound Quality, what does it sound like? is it a bit cheap sounding? or does it sound as good as the price would suggest it should? I like the Akrapovic or Yoshimura tones on Bikes, is this like that or is it more like the cheaper Zorsts out there?

I love the sound of mine, it's deep & quite loud. Nothing tinny or cheap sounding. Where are you? I'm in Kent if you want to come & see (hear) for yourself!

Im Hornchurch in Essex. Ive not picked the bike up yet and my current bike is not coming out to play till I sell it as not worth risking anything happening to it. But when I pick the blade up I may take you up on that, thanks

Sam, pleased to see you took my advice to get on here. Loads of knowledgeable bods on here for the Blade, just like the guys on GJ for the Gixer.
Welcome. What did you get BTW?

Nice mate. You got the better bike though, nicer wheels, a little more power and a little lighter. The headlight on mine has grown on me.

Sounds awesome marshalling. You get to see it all eh?

We get to see all the race from our designated post. We dont move all weekend so its not like watching as a paying fan, but you get such a different perspective of the race being infront of the catch fencing, and the buzz when a bike comes into your sector is un real. Luckily ive not had any serious injuries to deal with so its still exciting when it happens, I guess its a different story when they are hurt bad as no one wants to see that

No complaints about the sound of mine..... out with a group of 22 on Sunday and quite a few in the group said it sounded great when whizzing by them :)

I emailed TM yesterday and got this reply from them.

    Hi Sam,
Thank you for your reply. The H12 exhaust and trim retail at £699.99, and if you choose to add the additional baffle this would make the total £759.98. There is a 1 year warranty on these exhausts, but we will of course try to help where we can after this time period if something does happen. If you wanted to order the exhaust and Fender Kit Sam the total would come to £869.98/£929.97. If you wanted to pay for these together I would be able to offer you 10% off as a goodwill gesture to make the total £782.98 or £836.97 with free UK mainland delivery of course.
I hope this information helps, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
    Kind Regards,
    Jess Woods

I think i am going to run the risk with it as i really like the look of it and they have put in writing to me know it has a warranty so if it does start to corrode i will be straight on to them.

I've been told by a few people that fitted a tm will deffo need power commander as it messes the fueling up big time.

How much truths in that I don't know, cos the people saying that didn't sell them, they sold acky cans
