Anyone out on 5/6th Sept?

Gotta a pass all next weekend, what's happening?
My back up plan is head to Wales and do the Ponderosa/Horseshoe pass route.

 

I'm off work for the next 2 wks, nothing planned count me in if something sorted

 

I am free on the 5th

 

From what times and how far are you up for going?

 

I am Free all day (off work all week except Sunday 6th) wales sounds ok to me, not been to the Ponderosa in a while.

As long as weather holds, still running my track rubber (track day on 14th), so I don't want wet

 

Yep understood. I'll find out timings and get back to you.

So provisionally I'll say starting at Bingham on the A52/A46 for anyone coming from the east, moving on to the A50 off the M1 near Donington Park for those in the midlands, then heading to wales via Stoke & Wrexham.

I'll put a map up later of the Wales route.

 

If you have room for a slow one I could be up for this depending on work this week etc

 

I'll just pop @fireblade_ro into this so she picks it up as I know she's moved up this way and was looking for ride outs
A50 will be good meeting point for me

@SimonRR Petrol stations sounds good, you may even see us coming down the slip road off the A46. Timewise TBC as I need to get someone to drop my lass off at the gym so I'm free earlier in the day.

@Lozzy My suggestion for the midlands meeting point is the DaysOut Inn DE72 2WW as I think the A50 exit south of M1 Jct24a is closed due to roadworks.

I suppose that depends on wether you're thinking of going both days or skipping the qualifying on Saturday.
