I saw a pair of new r1's just outside brighton on the a27 on Sunday. Red and blue with near identical plates. Looked very handsome at speed in unison.
may have been the same one, this was near the BP petrol station coming off of the 3 lane carriage way. Funnily enough saw another one last night, whilst stuck in traffic in my tin can. Like them, not sure I'd buy one though.
I had a good look around one at Box Hill on Saturday. I've got to say, I don't like it. If you break it down, it looks nice in segments, but overall it's a no from me.
I've managed about 100 miles on the m. Initial thoughts are phenomimal . Bags of power , grunt, handles like a 600, so light and front end is really really planted . Full Ohlins, active suspension, data logging, gps, best electronics package available that all works. Looks to do die for and the m with full Carbon fibre and balanced titanium pistons and krank is smooth as hell with linear power . The extra 3500 above base model is well worth it . I wa very lucky to get it tbh as there's only 60 in the uk. 60 more due next year . Can't see anyone riding one not liking it . I used to run blades but this is mind blowing. The looks grow on you.. It's a little snatchy bottom end at slow speeds as the fuels either off or on..that's the only complaint up to press but that faults There in the standard model only a dollaper on track so my assessment may be well off. Cracking bit of kit up to press.stikl have my blue one although it's on eBay .,anyone's welcome to have a go on it before it's sold
