Here's a picture of my track bike - 2006 , a few mods sigma slipper clutch, accossta brake and clutch lever , gearing 14 / 45 , hm quickshifter, marchesini wheels , brembo calipers , galfer brake discs , track fairings . Starting to enjoy trackdays more than road riding , done 3 levels at California superbike school hope to go back next year certainly has helped me.
Don't really go to Knockhill to be honest mate. I tend to just head on down south and play on the tracks down there and make an event out of it. Really like Donny and Cadwell, and still have Oulton to try next year.
ColinBR, Just back from Oulton, did two trackdays there in October weather was wet but still enjoyed it. I usually go down and do 4 tracks in one visit. I stay at my mate's when doing Cadwell. Will be going down in May for a week and do more tracks. If your interested in splitting the cost of diesel for van / digs give me a shout.
Hi mate I have my own van for heading down, and go with a mate so 2 bikes in there and away we go. We should still get something organised though, get to a few tracks and have a pint afterwards.
