I reckon it looks awesome. http://www.motorcyclenews.com/news/new-bikes/2015/november/yamaha-mt-10-2016/
I prefer it to the R1 I think, I don't normally like naked 'a either and I really like the look of that in the pics
Love the spec, undecided on the lights (eyes ?) Hopefully it's lighter and more nimble than my FZ-1 N was !
That engine in a naked bike will be some combination - I don't think they have dropped the power down so should be a about 170 but its how it delivers it that will suit that bike. Fair play to Yamaha for developing the MT series, and I think I read its sub £10k - if that's true it should be a huge sales success and makes the 130bhp CB1000r look very flat and ordinary
Why do bike manufacturers persist with fitting that hideous lump of plastic to the bikes rear, why not just fit a tail tidy to start with?
Urghh those lights/flyscreen/indicators....I think it's a shame they didn't integrate the design better. Just looks like dodgy bolt ons. And it looks wide whereas the R1 is super narrow. Still, sounds like fun to ride though..
Like the lad said EU law its to do with the reflector it has to be at a certain height and position like most things from the EU another waste of time and money
Ill be interested on how the Chinese build quality looks and feels up close Yam has taken a dive on certain models in the range
Very nice indeed, the all black one with the small number of red touches would be my choice. I have a CB1000R and i agree that this looks a very nice alternative, Honda needs to update the CB soon.
