FB_IMG_1424968046850.jpg FB_IMG_1424968038231.jpg FB_IMG_1424968038231.jpg I got there in the end, very nice bloke called Stuart at Eccose motorcycles Aberdeen swapped the micro switch loom connection out for me in a jiffy at no cost which was very nice of him.
Think the new cylinder will be great, but not very impressed with the racebolt banjo quality, very soft grade Stainless Steel, was rounded with the first nip I put on it.

Sorry to ressurect an ancient post!

I am about to buy an RCS19 master cylinder and currently have Hel lines installed, can someone point me in the direction for the appropriate double banjo bolt required to get this setup on the go? :)

You are supplied a double banjo with the kit as it is a 1.0 instead of a 1.25 pitch, On the Honda set up I used 3 brass washers and it was fine with the hel lines but with the Brembo I needed to use 4 washers or it simply would not tighten enough, also you need to mount the lever next to the kill switch as in the OE position the banjo rests on the fork tube, you can also forget using a socket and TQ wrench to tighten the banjo as its to close to the fork leg so a spanner and 2 white knuckles seemed to do the trick

Used a single banjo setup at the MC. Hel banjos are quite slim so you might find the double bolt is too long so extra washers may be required.

Watch the torque, IIRC the specificed torque for Brembo is much lower than OEM

Just ordered one from CarpiMoto for the pricely sum of £189 inc delivery according to today's exchange rate.

Probably completely overkill, but couldn't pass it up for that price.

Managed to get one for £200 including the reservoir from someone on here. Next port of call would have been Italy :) Fair few people have ordered Brembo kit and never had an issue.

Fitted mine with double banjo & 2mm crush washers due to leaks with 1mm washers.
