Was thinking about this earlier whilst out riding the blade... What do you feel is your best mod you have done to your blade? :)

    Mine:

Didn't even consider it ... Without a doubt changing from 08-11 forks to big piston units... Utterly transforming!

Suspension upgrade is by far the best thing I've done. Bike is like a magic carpet ride now.

Anything else I've done to the bike has made minimum difference to the bike in comparison.

Best value for money is a set up on stock suspension.... Can't beat it IMO £50 for transformed handling....

    Then decent tyres for confidence

Quickshifter for fun and track work

Master cylinder..... Sorted the fade big time!

Suspension, shock saves me a fortune on tyre wear and better suspension is just awesome as col says.... Didn't think you'd need for rod riding tbh, but the ohlins on my speed r is simply lush.

I loved my hm dash :( but aim solo and gi pro gear indicator is actually more functional....

Have since put a full yoshi system and set up pcv! Wow... Made a big difference as low end grunt improved so much I was getting so much more speed out the corners than before....

Only thing left to do on mine would be some hpk's and discs and a stearing damper...

I don't need dymag wheels, I don't need dymag wheels, I don't need dymag wheels....

But they look sooooo cool :rolleyes:

What does lowering it 8mm give you? Easier to chuck it in a corner?
I've had my suspension set up for my weight but they never changed the front height.
