If / when it comes out I hope it has a proper exhaust, not of fan of the stubby moto gp style side exit ones. They sound well but look pants to me.
Doh! Well it is about time! But last month I ordered an SP tt, I'm wondering if I should have waited?
Yes I have ridden the HP4. I went from a 2011 oil burning Repsol to an S1k which got stolen from the dealers when in for warrenty repairs. ( I paid £11k for it, added £2k of mods and the embarresed dealership paid me £16.5k, happy days) I used th payout to buy an HP4 carbon, Best bike I could ever own, the modes alter the TC, ABS and suspension as you ride, the power on tap is just ridiculous. The lighter HP4 wheels makes cornering a dream. The Brakes are awesome. With decat pipe and PCV, I now have 200BHP at the rear wheel, I had 195 on the S1k.
The new blade is cloaked in secrecy, but a shitty bike newspaper has a mole on the inside ??? Best thing to do is wait n see true headlines at press release.
It's the usual nonsense I've come to expect from a comic like MCN . I didn't realise anyone still bought it. Have a bit of faith in the big 'H'
Once I hear anything official I will then start to believe it. Until then and as they have not done enough for me I'm going to try another manufacture
I think we all know it's not going to look like that. No new Blade for 8+ years and they come up with that. I don't think so. I expect it to look more like the RCV. And you're all right MCN just trying to sell papers in what must be a quiet week. I've been no new Blade till late 2017 so why would we see pics in early 2016. Hence why I went for a new SP to tied me over.
He runs a design agency, Kardesign, and freelances to the bike press around Peterboghorror (deliberate typo)
While MCN are at it they may as well do the write up for the road test now as well: - Compared to the utterley brilliant totally lust-inducing Ducati, the poor Fireblade comes in a bulbous last place. The BMW was so utterly brilliant in every department that they did not even have to bother with the test - they were just selling so many that we couldn't even find one spare to test. - May as well write it now
Mattie got his Axe to grind, chop chop chop Hey Mattie, as long as you love it, why give a sh*t what MCN says we all have our own opinions on things like this, otherwise we would ALL ride the same bike, but I am sure that when HONDA finally do release a totally new blade it will ge GOOD roll on 2025
