hey, im new to forums in general so not too sure how this works, worth a punt though.
just got home after playing out on my blade, had to cut the journey short as my ABS light started flashing and i nearly locked up the front wheel, the breaks became very twitchy with no feeling to them, they were either on or off.
ive only had the bike a few weeks so it worried me a bit.
ive spoken to the dealership where i got it from and it should be covered by warranty.
has anyone else had similar problems?

It's under warranty get them to sort! Why waste your time? ABS problems can be fickle and take ages to bleed the system

Don't want to exaggerate, but I have said it a million times before.....................

Nope, why kick a fellow biker when they are down.

Has it been cold? Did turning the ignition off and on fix it temporarily?

Several times this winter, I've had the ABS light start flashing on my 2013 (US, fwiw, bought new as a leftover in 2015). Usually, it's happened the first time I'm over 6 mph on a cold day (35-40 F), though it doesn't happen every cold day. After turning the ignition off and on, the light then stays off when it should, and the brakes work normally. The dealer said it was due to the cold. Maybe. At least twice, the ABS light has flashed after I've been riding for a while, and the bike's warmed up. (Same fix though--ignition off, on.)
