I've just fitted these and I'm worried that the brake lever will drag the rear brake as it doesn't have a return spring on it like the oem lever. There is a spring for the light switch but that's it.

    Any advice would be brilliant

Can't think of any bike I've had that's had a spring on the footbrake. Other than for the brakelight, as you say.

A front brake MC doesn't have a return spring, why would a rear one need one? The pressure of the fluid forces the lever back out.

Simple test: Fit it and see if it drags!

Edit: Just looked at the full parts list for those rearsets and the only spring listed is the brakelight spring.

The oem sets had one that's all. I just wanted to be sure that's all
    Cheers

Yeah you'll be fine. I've just remembered I had those rearsets on my old SP1 and there was no spring other than the brakelight switch.
