    Did the annual post winter oil changes today.
    Bulk bought plenty of Castrol Power one and filters for both bikes.

    Note to self, next time remove the right side lower fairing on the road bike as that's where the filter is, not on the left as I'd opted for by mistake. Had a good ride of both bikes though, it's been too long.

    Fitted this, louder than I expected but a nice deep bark to it.
    Need to get an infill now.

    Big weight saving. Original can 5.95 kg, the new Akra 1kg !!

    Fitted braided lines and changed my reservoir for a little brembo. Looks loads smarter, but still got an oe look about it.
    (Please ignore the muck, job for the weekend!)
    Next to get it mapped as it doesn't seem to be running as smooth as it should. (Being cheeky.If anyone has a map suitable for a pipewerx that I can try... )

    Fitted Scorpion Serket from 1000rr73

    Took it for a ride to try out the exhaust :) [stumbled across one of them stupid over laid road freshly scattered, they make me so angry]

    Love these, my personal fav on a blade.
    Oil and filter change on my 09 today. Instantly quieter and noticeably smoother.

    I have never had any issues with it at all really, nice safety net to have and gives a bit more confidence on the road as you know you will never lock a wheel.

    Gave her a good clean and polish,adjusted the chain and of course patted the tank. Thought about going for a ride but got talked into going for a couple of pints instead, didn't need my arm twistedâ˜ș

    Pulled her out of hibernation, checked her over , changed oil and filter ( genuine filter , Motul 10w 30 7100 ) got to say the oil that came out was black and had only done 2000 miles. Fitted Evotech clutch lever, went for the first road ride of the season engine felt really smooth. Got back good check over then patted the tank. Off for a couple of pints now with the missus. 20160403_104844.jpg
