Data tool S4 removal

    I managed to remove it however then the bike didn't start. Had to send the bike to a garage to get it sorted.

    Dear, I am in a country were there is no honda dealer or datatool dealer where I can send my bike to get it repaired. So if possible please guide me in removing it.

    Just follow the cable from the main unit which is located in the tail section. It goes to a plug under the tank close to the earth point. Just unplug it and job done.

    No, that is the crankshaft position sensor I think. You are looking for a white connector, mine was located on the left hand side of your photo, close to the main loom in the plastic holder.

    Are you sure yours is a Green and not Red alarm? I think the Red is an immobiliser, but the green is just an alarm, hence why you can just unplug it.

    Mine is s4 green but can't see any white connector
