I've just bought an 07 rr with a track fairing on it, when removing it to inspect & check stuff, I found this( attached jpeg) dangling to the front left behind radiator, limited by pipes, I've cable tied it up but it seems rather hot there and I don't know where it should be, would be grateful for any suggestions.. Thanks.
I think that's the vacuum reservoir for the intake flapper. Where you've cable-tied it is pretty much where it would normally go. on the OEM bodywork it mounts to an inner trim panel.
