GoPro Pics & Vids

Do any of you guys run a GoPro or action camera when you ride? I only ever used them on the dirt bike but since getting myself a hero session I've had it on the road bike a few times.

Thought I would start a thread for people to post GoPro videos and stills they've taken.

I'll kick it off with a few I've taken.

You can't see how bad the road is because it's sped up but I was half convinced a fairing or something would fall off

 

I mainly use it track days, but here are some screen grabs from various camera mounted angles:-

 

Have my drift running almost every day, be it stuck in London, on a track or on my biking trips.

 

Only use on my lid with the Blade but have a few from various points on the old 600rr

 

Managed to get away for the last two weekends on the bikes and even though it's the middle of winter here, I scored awesome weather down on the coast, 18 degrees and sunny. Last weekend was on the Blade and this weekend was spent camping with the dirtbikes.

 

I always ride with my go pro on.

 

got a 3 white, whats the best frame rate for trackday riding?

 

I normally run 1080 60fps. Let's you slow it down nicely and you can get good still shots from that frame rate without excessive blur.

I went for a play on mine yesterday

 

Almost high sided the Street R last week! Cold tarmac and cold tyres do not mix. Total out of the seat moment.

 

Been experimenting with picture in picture and Racechrono GPS logger, put together on RaceRenderer video editing software after a damp day at Cadwell.

The rear cam was GoPro, but the front was a chinese copy (I should switch them over next time).
The data was captured via the Racechrono mobile App, using a Qstarz GPS receiver.
