Anyone use them? what are they like to deal with? I'm wondering are they decent guys or are they full of BS? I've been waiting for some parts that are taking longer than indicated, I expressed the importance of them and they were not shipped as I was given the impression... still not here yet.

Speak to Rob May, the business development/operations manager. If needs be, give him my compliments and tell him that I suggested you contact him. He will get things sorted for you. He is a real nice guy and will do what he can to help. They have a very good reputation and want to maintain that reputation.
Didn't like the parts team. I inquired about getting an SP seat cowl and getting them to respray it using the shop who did their race reps when they offered that deal. Were pretty rude when dealing with them and wouldn't budge on cost despite spending over the odds on the part plus the cost of getting it resprayed.
Got the bits today, fitted them - job done. I will try to avoid using them if bits are important or urgent.
