    Would this fit onto a 2016 SP into the standard headers?

    Yes there fitted to std SP header at the moment... no diffrence between 2014 & 2016.

    Inside diameter is 54mm the length of the can from strap to strap is 373mm

    Yes I'm pretty sure it will fit all latest models 2012 onwards...

    If it's only the end can and link pipe than no it won't fit as 08-13 bikes have a 50mm outlet from the headers, the 14 plate onwards have the cat in the headers and due to that the outlet is 60mm so they're not compatible

    If the exhaust is off the bike. Can you please measure the link pipe inlet where it joins the headers.
